The W8 BEN form you submitted to Shutterstock was rejected for one of the
following 3 reasons:
1. Invalid / Incomplete Name:
Your name was either incomplete (you must enter your first and last name) OR
our system could not recognize your name due to an incompatible character or
symbol. Please login to your submitter account at
http://submit.shutterstock.com to update your account information. You will
need to make a formal request to correct your name.
2. Invalid / Incomplete Address
Your address was either incomplete OR your account has a PO Box address (we do
not accept PO Box addresses). Please login to your submitter account at
http://submit.shutterstock.com to update your account information. You will
need to make a formal request to update your address using the Change of
Address Form.
3. Other Inconsistencies exist with your account:
Please login to your submitter account at http://submit.shutterstock.com to
review your account information. You may need to contact Shutterstock Support
to resolve your specific issue.
When you have corrected the information in our system through
Shutterstock Support, you can resubmit your W8 BEN form electronically by
accessing it in the Tax Center area. Please note that this is the only way to
submit your form to us.
z tego co rozumiem to mam nieprawidłowe dane i muszę je zmienić bo są jakieś symbole niedozwolone w moim imieniu i nazwisku domyślam sie że chodzi o literę ń bo zamiast niej mam w koncie znak zapytania
co do adresu to całkowicie nie wiem o co chodzi cos pisza że podałem adres skrzynki pocztowej a przecież podałem mój adres po zmianie adresu i imienia i nazwiska nic się nie zmienia tylko po zapisaniu zmian na koncie pisze
