What could be the possible reasons for the time discrepancy between Windows 10 and Ubuntu in my dual-boot system, where the Windows clock is consistently 6 hours behind while the Linux clock is accurate?

I wouldn’t say it’s expensive, if it runs on celeron or whatever cpus they chat spin e-chat use on these kiosk things
