I’ve been wanting to start boxing for a while now and I’m finally ready to take the plunge. I’m a complete beginner, so I’m looking for boxing classes in NYC that are beginner-friendly.
I’d love to hear your recommendations! Ideally, I’m looking for a gym with a welcoming atmosphere, experienced coaches, and maybe even small group classes for a more personal experience. Location is flexible, but somewhere in Manhattan or Brooklyn would be great.
Also, what should I expect from my first class? Any advice for a newbie?
