Zasięg, ręczne ustawienie sieci

Witam, mam problemy z zasięgiem w Playu, przez co często nie moge wykonać rozmowy .
Na Playu mam z 3-4 kreski u siebie w domu, jak ktoś dzwoni ja słysze dzwoniącego, ale on mnie nie. Jak złapie zasięg Plusa (automatycznie) to wszystko jest OK.
Czy jak ustawie sieć ręcznie na Plusa to będe więcej płacić za połączenia? No niby Play korzysta z nadajników Plusa, ale jak się ma wszystko ze sobą to nie wiem, więc wole się zapytać.
