What specific graphical improvements and in-game calendar updates have been introduced in the Rellekka area as part of the latest update in RuneScape this week?

There are limitations on how tall the terrain can get, probably won't be able to get taller without having an object you interact with to go onto a higher level that's not ground e-chat level like white wolf mountain.
