I have encountered an issue with tax-related software from BD Taxation. Despite following the instructions, the software fails to function correctly. The problem persists even after multiple attempts to troubleshoot and reinstall the software. This issue is causing delays in my tax processing, and I am in urgent need of assistance to resolve it.
