problem z instalacją directx 9.c

witam
a więc tak....miałem problem z grami które strasznie muliły...pisałem o tym w dziale "bezpieczeństwo" dawałem logi specjaliści z forum nic niewykryli
temperatura też jest wporządku itp...ogólnie wszystko co było do sprawdzenia sprawdziłem a gry jak sie cieły tak sie tną dalej
kiedy chciałem włączyć 3Dmarka wywaliło mi komunikat żebym zainstalował DirectX(który miałem 100% zinstalowany)
a więc przyszedł mi pomysł (może głupi) że sie cos sypnął ten DirectXwięc ściągnołem DirectX Eradicator 2.0 zainstalowałem wywaliłem Direct-a restart i chciałem zainstalowac odnował (wersje 9c) wywaliło jakiś bład nieprzejołem sie tym za bardzo ściągnołem z neta inną wersje (tym razem 9 b) zinstalowałem reset i chciałem włączyć gre żeby zobaczyć efekty moich zmagań wyskoczył mi komunikat że gra wymaga zinstalowanego DirectX 9 c więc odpalam instalke 9 c klikam dalej i oidrazu mi wyskakuje okienko że zainstalowano pomyślnie,składniki są gotowe do użycia(czy jakoś tak ) no dobra....chce odpalic tą gierke a tu dalej wyskakuje komunikat żebym zainstalował DX 9 c
zrestetowałem kompa ...dalej to samo

troche sie rozpisałem ...mam nadzieje że niezamotałem zabardzo

i teraz pytanie:
ma ktos pomysł jak moge zainstalowac tego DirectX 9 c?
i dlaczego 9 b sie niechce zaktualizować? :|

próbowałem odrazu instalowac 9.c ale wyskakiwał bład(niepamiętam co bo nawet nieprzeczytałem ) z tego co zdążyłem już na ten temat wygrzebac w necie dużo osób miało problem z tym żeby "na czysto" zainstalowac 9.c
ale chyba wersja 9.b powinna sie bezproblemowo uaktualnic do c
