Nie moge zapisać zdjęć asus x550cc

witam. od jakiegoś czasu nie moge zapisywać zdjeć z kamery wbudowanej w laptopie ASUS X550CC. Jak chce zapisać zdjecie to wyswieta sie taki napis "nie mozna teraz uzyskać dostępu do folderu Z aparatu" i "To zdjęcie nie zostalo zapisane". Może ktoś mial podobny problem i wie co trzeba zrobić?
