MS Outlook / tlen.pl - maile ściągają się kilkakrotnie

Korzystając z MS Outlook z konta na tlen.pl, poczta ściąga mi się wielokrotnie - niektore maile sciagaja mi sie kilkadziesiat razy. Mam zaznaczoną opcję "pozostaw wiadomości na serwerze" z racji ze czesto sprawdzam poczte poza domem. Nie chce z tego rezygnowac. Jakies pomysly?

Przy MS Outlook'u raczej nie.
Wydaje mi sie ze The Bat mam taka opcje zeby nie dublowac wiadomosci... (moge sie mylic)
