Problem z układem klawiatury komputerowej. zmiana kombinacji

Witam serdecznie wszystkich użytkowników forum. Posiadam klawiaturę w LAPTOPIE i mam z nią problem. Od ostatniej imprezy przy korzystaniu z komputera została zalana klawiatura. Wszystko działa tylko nie działają przyciski: ALT prawy oraz przecinek i strzałka w lewo. Komputer oddałem do gwarancji lecz nic z tego. Odmówili naprawy jak to u nas bywa.

Teraz pytanie. Czy jest możliwość zamiany funkcji w klawiaturze? Chodzi mi o to ze by zrobić literkę ą zamiast a to żeby użyć innej kombinacji niż ALT + A tylko np. Alt GR (W laptopie prawy ALT) +A??
