brak urprawnień

Mam prośbę, poiedzcie mi co może być przyczyną w takiej sytuacji.
Mam dwa koputery podłączone do routera PLANET 401C (który robi za switcha). Interesuje mnie zrobienie małej sieci, ale przy próbie połączenia z grupą roboczą mówi "
Grupa Robocza nie jest dostępny. Możesz nie mieć uprawnień do używania tego zasobu sieciowego. Skontaktuj się z administratorem tego serwera, aby uzyskać uprawnienia dostępu.
Lista serwerów dla tej grupy roboczej nie jest obecnie dostępna".
Nie wiem co może być przyczyną. Oba kompy mają tę samą nazwę grupy roboczej, dawałem automatyczne i ręczne ustawienie IP, oba komputery to XP z SP2. Na obu kompach zrobiłem też konto użytkownika o uprawnieniach administratora. Dodam że wcześniej robiłem nie jedną sieć i nigdy nie było żadnych problemów, a tu jestem bezsilny. Poradźcie coś

Sytuacja wygląda tak.
Przez "małą sieć" konfigurujesz dwa kompy.
1. Właściwości połączenia sieciowego ( TCP/IP ) ustawiasz np. 192.168.5.1
2. Drugi komp - 192.168.5.2
Na pierwszym kompie ( który udostępnia pliki tworzysz katalog na C:\xx i tam wrzucasz pliki.)
Na drugim robisz skrót na pulpicie i wskazujesz \\192.168.5.1\xx
Powinno zagrać.
Dziś takie połączenie pomiędzy 2 kompami robiłem przez hub-a.

Teraz sprawa wygląda następująco.
Mogę wejść w grupę roboczą ale już na konto użytkownika niestety nie (pomimo że założyłem konto użytkownika dla drugiego kompa). Dziwne jest to że jak sprawdzam połączenie komendą ping to dostaję odpowiedź i jest tak jakby było ok. Jak uruchamiam program TCPNV.EXE to wykrywa mnie i drugi komputer z tą różnicą że pokazuje tylko użytkownika i nazwę komputera (nie zczytuje adresu IP itd).

Kompy mają skonfigurowane adresy IP (jeden z końcówką 101 a drugi 102), maske i brame i próbuję wejść przez otoczenie sieciowe lub Total Commandera. Jeśli jednak uwarzasz że to może pomóc to sprawdze.

Zrobiłem tak jak pisałeś, ale nic z tego!
na pierwszym kompie nie chce zrobić skrótu, a na drugim przy próbie uruchomienia wypisuje że miejsce sieciowe do którego odnosi się skrót nie jest dostępne.

Przyszło mi do głowy że może to sprawa Norton Internet Security. Byłoby to conajmniej dziwne bo na obu kompach jest zainstalowane ale wyłączone
