How can a non-resident open us bank account online?

Hi there! I am a remote consultant based in Warsaw, Poland, and I primarily work with US clients. For a long time, receiving USD payments was a massive pain because of high conversion fees. I spent weeks trying to find a way to open US bank account online without having a physical address there. Most banks just rejected me immediately.
