Głośnik telefonu nie działa w jedną stronę..

Witajcie, jak w temacie, chociaż wiem, że brzmi idiotycznie...Dzwoniłam już na infolinię, i wszyscy techniczni mówią, że to problemy przejściowe...ja jakoś nie mogę tego pojąć. Ale do rzeczy - od ponad miesiąca mam Huawei, w Polsce działał bez zarzutu. W związku z faktem, ze często wyjeżdżam za granicę, a musze mieć polski nr stale dostępny, porozszerzałam sobie pakiety roamingowe etc. I problemy zaczeły się następnego dnia po przyjeździe do UK. Ja dzwonię - nikt mnie nie słyszy, a ja doskonale. Ktoś dzwoni do mnie - wszystko jak trzeba. Czyli przy rozmowach wychodzących tak jakby nie działa mikrofon mojego telefonu, ale - gdyby nie działał, to dlaczego byłabym słyszalna, jeśli ktoś dzwoni do mnie...???

Czy może ktoś z Was spotkał się z czymś takim?
To naprawdę duży problem w tej chwili dla mnie, no i dziwna rzecz...
