Realna wydajność portu usb 3.0

Witam. kupiłem dziś pendrive-ssd SanDisk Extreme Pro 3.1 którego odczyty sięgają 420/380mb/s. Po włożeniu go w usb 3.0 (wbudowane w płyte) transfer max to ok 200mb/s. Podłączając go pod kontroler PCI wyciąga 200mb/s zapisu odczytu 300.... Po podłączeniu do tego kontrolera molexa wydajność podniosła się do 320/220mb/s i tu mam pytanie... Czy to jest już kres możliwości usb 3.0? Da mi coś gdy podłącze ten kontroler pod pci-e?
