Office 2007 - uruchom instalację, aby zainstalować aplikację

Witam,

Temat już był kilka razy poruszany, jednak poprzednie solucje nie przyczyniły się w żaden sposób do rozwiązania mojego problemu.
Wszystko działało perfekcyjnie, o dziwo jak na oprogramowanie MS, do dzisiaj, kiedy to odinstalowałem oprogramowanie Autodesku (AutoCAD i Inventor). Wraz z usuwaniem wymienionego oprogramowania usunąłem też MS SQL Server sądząc, że nie będzie on już w żaden sposób wykorzystywany. Teraz przy próbie uruchomienia dowolnej aplikacji z pakietu Office 2007 wyskakuje mi najpierw okno "konfiguracja pakietu office", a później jakże irytujący komunikat - Aplikacja Microsoft Office nie została zainstalowana dla bieżącego użytkownika. Uruchom instalację, aby zainstalować aplikację.
Po doinformowaniu się o co chodzi z tym błędem przeinstalowałem Offica, ale dalej nie działa. Jedynie poprzez "Uruchom jako..." i wybranie konta administrator aplikacje się uruchamiają.

Proszę o pomoc - jak rozwiązać ten problem, żeby z poziomu użytkownika wszystkie aplikacje działały?

Być może w ustawieniach programu jest ustawiona inna nazwa użytkownika. Tzn. że program nie jest przypisany na Ciebie (Twój profil), a na inny i tylko wtedy się uruchamia, gdy profil ten jest aktywny.

Na laptopie jest tylko jeden użytkownik - ja. Do tego są dwa wbudowane konta administrator i gość, oba wyłączone.

Rozwiązanie ze strony MS (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/817960/en-us?spid=2488&sid=global) nic nie daje...

Probowalbym przeinstalowac tego office'a - oczywiscie na koncie administratora - z uwzglednieniem ustawien dla wszystkich uzytkownikow.

W jaki sposób z konta administratora? Administratorem jestem ja Jest też wbudowane konto - z tego konta mam zainstalować Offica?


Może jeszcze wspomnę, bo może to być istotne - cały dysk mam zaszyfrowany TrueCryptem.

So now I can't even remove and re-install Office 2007. Then I tried to restore to a previous date, it failed too.

It seems now I have to re-install the whole Windows XP, which is not what I want to see.

It's now worse than the original. Any hint?

Hi Henrylih - The error you listed in your first comment ("the application failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix the problem") usually means that one of the Visual C++ runtime files is missing from the system. There will usually be an error listed in your event log after running into that type of error that will list the exact file that is missing.

You may want to try to install the VC++ 2005 runtime redistributable on your system to see if that helps. There are a couple of versions of this redist, so I'd suggest installing both of them just in case:

Some of these files are a part of the .NET Framework, so the cleanup tool would've removed them if you chose to remove all versions. You may want to also re-install the .NET Framework 2.0 if you removed it with the cleanup tool (I mention this as a possibility because your comment only mentions the .NET Framework 1.1).

The error that you list in your 2nd comment makes it sound like the Office 2007 installation files are missing from your system somehow. You could try to manually remove Office 2007 using steps like the one at http://blogs.msdn.com/astebner/archive/2005/10/30/487096.aspx, and then try to re-install Office using your original installation CD.

I'm not sure what would cause that 1334 (file cannot be found in the cab) error when you run from your CD to try to re-install. It could be caused by your CD being dirty or something like that, so you may want to try to gently clean the back of your Office CD to see if that helps.

Hopefully the above will help you avoid needing to reformat your system. Please let me know how it goes for you.

Działało... ale za wcześnie przywitałem się z gąską. Po zainstalowaniu Visual C++ odpaliło normalnie Office, ale po restarcie wciąż to samo...
Już nie wiem co mam robić...

Dodałem pierwszy cytat, ponieważ mam dokładnie ten sam problem. Nie mogę odinstalować Office.

Zna ktoś rozwiązanie inne niż formatowanie dysku?
