
1. **Enable IMAP in Gmail:**
- Log in to your Gmail account.
- Go to "Settings" > "See all settings" > "Forwarding and POP/IMAP".
- Scroll down to "IMAP Access" and select "Enable IMAP".
- Save the changes.
2. **Configure Gmail in Outlook:**
- Open Outlook and go to "File" > "Add Account".
- Enter your Gmail address and select "Connect".
- Follow the prompts to configure IMAP settings for your Gmail account.
3. **Import PST File into Outlook:**
- In Outlook, go to "File" > "Open & Export" > "Import/Export".
- Choose "Import from another program or file" and select "Outlook Data File (.pst)".
- Browse to locate your PST file, select it, and choose the folders to import.
4. **Copy Emails from PST to Gmail:**
- After the PST file is imported, you will see both your Gmail (IMAP) and PST file folders in Outlook.
- Drag and drop emails from the PST file folders into the corresponding folders in your Gmail account.
5. **Sync and Verify:**
- Allow some time for Outlook to sync the changes with your Gmail account.
- Log in to your Gmail account via a web browser and verify that the emails from the PST file appear in your Gmail mailbox.
