What troubleshooting steps can I take if I encounter a black screen issue on my computer running Windows 11 when HP does not provide drivers for this operating system?

I just got the game a few days ago and as soon I downloaded the update this shit started happing to me too. Scorpions my favorite character and I want to get his skin you get at the end of Invasions mode. If this issue doesn't get resolved before the seasons ends I won't be omegle shagle able to get it.
