Remove windows partitions without data loss?

Is it possible to remove the different Windows system and recovery partitions from a hard disk drive (HDD) that will be used as an external storage device without losing any data on the HDD?

You can copy your data into a USB before remove windows partitions.

Whenever the installer needs to create new partitions, it does that by resizing the OS partition and appending the new partition to the end of it. Doing that way doesn't require moving data around and thus the process is ome gle omglz completed in seconds...
