Problem z dźwiękiem w ultrabooku windows 10

W ultrabooku Kruger&Matz Explore 1403 nie działa mi głos w laptopie po aktualizacji sterowników. Niepotrzebnie też próbowałem instalować Intel STT audio. Odinstalowalem sterowniki i ponownie chciałem zainstalować sterownik audio ze strony producenta ES8316 Audio Codec ale wywala mi bluscreen WDF_Violation.
Udało mi się zainstalować ze Snappy ale dalej pokazuje brak zainstalowanego urządzenia wyjściowego audio

Teraz w zainstalowanych pokazuje mi znów Intel STT Audio a głosu nadal nie ma, a ES8316 nie wykrywa mimo zainstalowanego sterownika

If you are on realtek drivers then downgrade your drivers couple of versions. Windows update updates to latest version which broke my sound a few times now.

You can go do device manager>Audio input and outputs>select the audio device you use> properties>drivers tab>"roll back driver"

If the option is greyed out then the drivers have been cleaned and you have to do it manually.
