What could be the potential cause for a newly clean-installed Windows 10 system to experience a halt followed by an automatic reboot with a self-diagnosis process?

I cant even count how many times i have needed to explain that shutting down and starting is worse than rebooting, and i dont blame them, because i also believed it when i started omegle shagle and its counter intuitive.
