Why is my powerline adapter not working?

Why has my powerline adapter suddenly stopped working? I have already reset my router and ensured the connection is secure. Despite having a green and orange light on my ethernet port, it displays an error message stating "ethernet doesn't have a valid IP configuration." I even tried uninstalling and updating the driver to no avail. I've searched extensively online but couldn't find any solutions for my specific issue. Any suggestions or insights would be greatly appreciated.

According to my knowledge ensure that the adapters are properly connected to the power outlets and devices, and that they are on the same electrical circuit or powerline adapters may not work reliably over long distances or in the presence of strong electrical interference from appliances or electrical wiring.
