Problem z explore.exe - logi

Witam. Mój sąsiad ma pewien problem z komputerem i chcialem mu pomóc. Otóż przy próbie wejścia na jakikolwiek dysk pojawia się, że "system windows nie może odnaleźć pliku explore.exe". Można wejść na dyski jedynie poprzez opcje exploruj, przez normalne kliknięcie się nie da. System to Windows XP SP 2. Poniżej logi:

Czynności końcowe :

1.Uruchom OTL z opcji CleanUp
2. wykonaj optymalizację windowsa
3.Wyłącz przywracanie systemu ( właściwości mój komputer-zakładka przywracanie - wyłącz przywracanie na wszystkich dyskach). Po chwili włącz je powrotem]
