Problem z diskeeperem

Witam, ostatnio schrzanilo mi sie cos w systemie i pare programow nie dziala tak jak trzeba.
Jezeli chodzi o diskeepera to mialem zainstalowana wersje bezplatna ale wyskakiwal mi jakis blad przy uruchamianiu. Wyrzucilem wiec calosc i zainstalowalem triala diskeeper10. Komunikat o bledzie jednak jest (chyba) ten sam. Wyskakuja dwa okienka
pierwsze:

Plik ATL.DLL jest polaczony z brakujacym eksportem KERNEL32.DLL:DelayLoadFailureHook

po nacisnieciu ok wyskakuje drugie:

C/Windows/system/mmc.exe
Urzadzenie podlaczone do komputera nie dziala

Korzystam z win98se

Czy ktos moze mi cos na to poradzic (na diskeepera, nie na win98 ;-)

)?

Z gory dzieki

PS nie dziala tak jak trzeba pare innych programow - moge je umiescic w tym poscie, czy w osobnych tematch?

mmc.exe to jest Microsoft Management Console.
Tutaj mozesz zrobic sobie scan pozwalajacy odnalezc ewentualne bledy w tym windowsowskim narzediu:
