New hotspots and network & internet in settings

unable to discover new hotspots and Network & Internet in settings freezes, sometimes. Quick Settings doesn't open, the wifi menu disappears, Has anyone else ever faced these issues? It's a known issue and that's the the only solution. Also works with missing BT and omegle echat it works for PC’s
