Can you explain how power distribution works for Intel CPUs with integrated graphics, particularly those with low TDP ratings and extreme cases with TDP as low as 4/5/6W? How would performance and power consumption be affected under full load on koows both koows the CPU and GPU (PL2/PL1)? Additionally, how do laptops with chargers outputting only 1.2W over the CPU PL2 rating and GPU consumption work?
