Pre-boarding is the first step for travelers requiring special assistance families traveling with small children and active-duty military personnel. Next are passengers traveling in First Class and Premium Cabin Zone 2 comprises Hawaiian Miles Pualani Platinum and Gold members as well as Premier Club members. Extra Comfort travelers, who have additional legroom, are assigned to Zone 3.
