Szukam programu do sortowania dokumentacji i zarchiwizowania

Szukam jakiegoś programu łatwego z, którego mogłaby korzystać osoba starsza w domu do sortowania i archiwizowania dokumentów Urzędowych i prywatnych.Osoba nie zna się na terminologii programistów, informatyków.Program musiałby rozróżniać języki obce, w dokumencie z możliwością tłumaczenia i konwertowania plików, czy folderów, Czy jest możliwość gdzieś zdobyć taki program.? Mamy straszny bałagan rodzinnych dokumentów, po osobie zmarłej nie jesteśmy wstanie sobie z tym szybko poradzić by prawidłowo zostały uporządkowane i w przyszłości korzystania z takiego programu, by nie wytwarzać więcej takiej sterty papierów. Jesli jest jakieś rozwiązanie to bardzo proszę o podpowiedz.Czym Serdecznie awansem dziękuję.
