I am one of those people who get 1-2 kbs from megaupload. Now I figured that a download manager would speed things up, but I could figure out the URL for the file. So I got URLHelper. It is designed to work with HiDownload. Just open up URLHelper, select the adapter (ethernet card, or dial-up modem), snif, go to download it and when the url comes up with the file name in it, right click it and click 'Download by HiDownload'. I now get files from megaupload at 50-100 kbs. Quite the jump if you ask me.
Install HiDownload which comes with a crack.
Install URLHelper. When the splash screen comes up, click registration and enter this:
