mega problem z windows server 2003 enterprise edition

jak w temacie problem jest nie do zniesienia. otoz po wlaczeniu win'a wszystko jest spoko, do czasu. po ok 10 minutach (zawsze) system dostaje mega zwiecha tzn, moge przegladac dyski twarde itd ale programy menu start i reszta nie dziala. wtf? dodam takze, ze posiadam sp1 oraz, ze jesli wejde w moj komp/wlasciwosci to system NIE WYSWIETLA typu oraz predkosci procesora. podaje sama ilosc pamieci ram. z gory dzieki za wszystkie rady.
