Do zrobienia prostej stronki niepotrzebne są programy(prócz jakiegoś notatnika). Zajrzyj tu: http://www.kurshtml.boo.pl/ - uważam, że to dobry kurs HTML'a aby się nauczyć podstaw, które wystarczą do zrobienia prostej stronki. Najwięcej ma się frajdy kiedy się samemu napisze taką strone. Pozatym podstawy się przydadza także jeśli będziesz robił jednak w programie.

Do zrobienia prostejstronki wystarczy Webmajster i nie musisz znać żadnego języka HTML czy PHP. Ale ma jednak trochę ograniczone możliwości niż np. Pajączek

Mu chodzi ze nie jest potrzebny jezyk PHP ani HTML do stworzenia strony www tylko wystarczy program tworzacy strony w trybie wizualnym...

Istnieją także systemy zarządzania trescią ,np: PHP-Fusion : http://php-fusion.prv.pl ,wystarczy tam się zarejestrować ,ściągnąć wersję 5.01
a na tej stronie instalacja jest opisana.
Nie musisz więc znać koniecznie języków programistycznych(Perl,CGI,ASP,HTML,PHP).
