Podczas gier procesor osiąga prawie max użycia

Witam, otóż mam chyba dość poważny problem. Chodzi o to, że podczas gier procesor osiąga prawie max użycia wg. wskaźnika wbudowanego w Windows 7. Zdarza się to tylko podczas grania w jakąkolwiek gre i dana gra zaczyna wtedy mulić. Oczywiście max użycia nie jest przez cały czas, góra 5s, potem wraca do normy na jakiś czas i znów to samo, tak w kółko. Wie ktoś coś na ten temat?

Oto mój sprzęt:
Windows 7
Procesor: AMD Six-Core 3,3GHz
Pamięć Ram: 8GB
Grafika: AMD Radeon HD7700
Zasilacz: Tracer 620W
