Q: My Notifier does not appear when new mail arrives. What should I do?

A: If the Notifier that you selected does not appear when new mail arrives, you might be using an old version of Macromedia Flash. To check if you are indeed using an old version of Macromedia Flash, please follow these steps:

# From IncrediMail's main window, click on the 'Notifier' icon.


# At this point, the 'Select Notifier' dialog will open. Select the 'Mailbox' Notifier or any other Notifier that is "Always Visible" and click 'OK'.


# Go to your Desktop. If you can see the "Mailbox" Notifier, right-click on it and select 'Always on top'.


# You may now select any Notifier and be sure that it will appear when new mail arrives.


If you followed the steps above and still cannot see the Notifier on your screen, you are most likely using an outdated version of Macromedia Flash. To uninstall Macromedia Flash and install the latest version, follow these steps:

# Open Internet Explorer.


Note: Make sure to follow these steps in Internet Explorer. If you will use other browsers to install Flash, the problem will not be fixed.

# Click on the following link to remove Macromedia Flash from your computer:
